The skin isn’t about vanity, it’s a living, breathing, largest organ of our body which protects us. It speaks to us if anything is wrong within, physically or emotionally.
Sometimes something that happens to our skin can affect us emotionally. Eczema, acne, psoarisis, melasma are few of the common skin conditions seen. Persistent stress which involves complex emotions can cause a lot of skin issues and many a time, persistent skin issues can cause a lot of stress and most of the time it’s a loop. Breaking this loop, gives a lot of relief.
Management of chronic skin conditions requires a holistic approach, diet, lifestyle, mental and physical health.

The frustration, hopelessness and a range of painful experience that skin conditions cause is less talked about.
